All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge

 Recipe:

 Paper: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White CS, Pure Poppy CS (PTI), Love Me (My Minds Eye); Stamps: Meoples Baby Burps (C.C. Designs); Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Ridding Hood Red (SU!); Coloring Medium: Copic Markers; Tools: Classic Circle & Classic Scallop Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Lacey Pennants (Spellbinders), Postage Border Punch (EK Success); Other: Glittered Heart Embellishment, Pearls, Foam Tape

 

Here's what you need to know:

• Your project must include a stamp that is sold in the All That Scraps store.  It will be deleted if not.

• Link up with Inlinkz by January 29th on the All That Scraps Wednesday  Challenge blog
