Today we have not ONE but TWO very special reasons to celebrate over at By LORi Designs!! Today is our fearless leader, Lori Boyd's, BIRTHDAY!! Happy Birthday my sweet friend!!

It's also a NEW Release Day!! My card uses the darling NEW Harper Puddle Jumper set!! This set not only includes Harper but TWO sentiments and a sweet little doll.

Recipe:
Paper: Cool Caribbean CS (SU!), Black Bazzill CS, Neenah Classic Crest Solar White CS; Stamps: Harper Puddle Jumper Digi Set (Lori Boyd/By LORi Designs); Tools: Classic & Scallop Petite Oval Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Embossing Folder (Cuttlebug), Border Punch (Martha Stewart), Paper Piercer, Copics, Word Window Punch (SU!); Other: Ribbon, Button, Twine, Pearls, Lace Doily, & Foam Tape
