Whimsie Wednesday Challenge#19

Have you seen the new Whimsie Wednesday Challenge that has been posted over on the WD PCP page, HERE??

This weeks hostess is Paula!! She is challenging us to make a card celebrationg National Friendship Week!!

My card uses the new Jelly Belly image that was just released last week!! As you can see I just used a portion of the image to make this card for a sweet friend of mine!!
