Whimsie Wednesday Challenge: "Love Is In The Air"

Hello Whimsie fans!! It's my turn to host this weeks Whimsie Wednesday Challenge!! This week I am challenging you to create a card emphasizing LOVE. It can be a Valentine or any other type of card. You just need to us a Whimsie Doodle image!! Post your creations over on the WD PCP page, HERE. We can't wait to see what you come up with!!

My card uses the adorable new Elephant Shoes image. The balloon is popped up for extra dimension and to appear as if it is floating in the air!!
