Bee Crafty Challenge #21

It's time for another fun challenge over at Bee Crafty!!

This fortnight's challenge is Thank You Cards!!

To play you must make a Thank You Card (or non-card item.) It must include DIGI somewhere but you don't have to use a 'Bee Crafty' image.
