My card features the NEW Vintage Clocks stamp set from the April 2024 Release. I created a vintage/grunge birthday card by customizing pattern paper from my stash. This card is perfect for a guy and is fun that you can personalize with their age with the Number dies. This type of design is out of my comfort zone and decided to just have fun and see how it turned out. What do you think? Yay or Nay?

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Bold Stripe Pattern Pattern Paper A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Charcoal Brown Mat w/Torn Edge: 3 1/16" x 5 1/2"

Clock Custom Pattern Paper Strip w/Torn Edge: 2 3/4" x 5 1/2"

Polka Dot Pattern Paper Strip w/Torn Edge: 1 1/8" x 5 1/2"

White Stitched Sentiment Rectangle (Ink Blended) : 2 3/16" x 15/16"

Charcoal Brown Strip Under sentiment: 2 3/16" x 1/8"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 To Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut Bold Stripe Pattern Paper A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" from Free Spirit 6x6 Paper Pad by Reverse Confetti (Retired, share photo in supply list for reference).
Select a 6x6 Pattern Paper to stamp your Clocks on. You will want one that the pattern won't conflict with the pattern. I randomly stamped them using Scorched Timber Distress Oxide ink. I then took the ink splatter stamp from Texture Tiles 1 and randomly stamped to add texture in both Ground Espresso Distress Oxide and Rusty Hinge Distress Oxide. Add ink blending around edges with Ground Espresso Distress Oxide. Next you will tear the right edge to fit on your card panel. Mine came out to measure: 2 3/4" x 5 1/2".
Cut Charcoal Brown Mat and tear right edge to mat your stamped pattern paper panel. Mine measures: 3 1/16" x 5 1/2".
Cut third pattern paper strip and tear right edge to slip under your stamped/mat strip. I picked a bold polka dot pattern and it measures: 1 1/8" x 5 1/2".
Die Cut Numbers from the Number die set with Charcoal Brown card stock. I'm customizing mine to be a card for a 25th birthday.
Stamp sentiment from Vintage Clocks stamp set on White card stock using Versafine Clair Pinecone ink. Die cut using Stitched Rectangle die set to measure: 2 3/16" x 15/16". Take your brown ink blending brush from earlier and ink blend edges.
Assemble Card.
Embellish with Brown Hemp Cord and Wood Veneer Stars (from stash).
